How do I know if the garment will fit me?
Here are a few rules of thumb:
- Read the size charts to start with
- Compare your height with the model height given on the catalog to understand where the garment will fall on you
- Read about the fit given on the catalog:
- Fitted: body hugging
- Regular: comfortable fit
- Relaxed: loose fit
- Fill the style survey! We want to know how to make the best fit for you

For every clothing you buy at Ombré Lane, we contribute a saree to those who need it the most.
In rural areas, comfortable and durable clothing is a rarity; women are denied this luxury and are forced to live with one or two sarees everyday. With your help, we want to change that one saree at a time
When can I expect my order?
You should receive your order in 7-10 business days - though some delay may happen during holiday/peak sales season. The good news is that Shipping is free!

What is your Return policy?
We have a 15 day, return or exchange policy for all of our products. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 15 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return pick-up from your premises for a hassle free return experience!

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation before shipping:
Your order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 7 business days after the cancellation initiation
Cancellation after shipping:
Your money will be refunded to you within 10 business days after we have received the product back.
What is your refund policy in case of a return?
We will process your refund once the returned item has been received and verified
If your refund is approved post verification, your money will be refunded to you within 10 business days after we have received the product back
